01. Agreement to Terms

By reserving or utilizing any transport service offered by Morocco Luxury Taxi (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the passenger, corporate booking agent, or travel organizer (“Client” or “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all airport transfers, city tours, hourly chauffeur disposals, intercity journeys, and desert excursions within the Kingdom of Morocco.

02. Booking & Reservation Confirmation

• Booking Channels: Reservations may be submitted via our official website (moroccoluxurytaxi.com), WhatsApp VIP dispatch (+212 642 143 113), or verified email correspondence.
• Confirmation Voucher: A booking is legally confirmed only once Morocco Luxury Taxi issues an official booking confirmation voucher containing the reservation reference number, chauffeur dispatch details, and agreed rate.
• Advance Booking Window: While emergency bookings can frequently be accommodated via phone/WhatsApp, we strongly recommend reserving at least 12 hours in advance for airport transfers and 24 hours for intercity or Sprinter journeys.

03. Transparent Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices quoted by Morocco Luxury Taxi are fully inclusive and transparent. There are never hidden surcharges, peak-hour markups, or unexpected toll fees.

• Inclusions: Vehicle fuel, official highway tolls (Autoroutes du Maroc), passenger insurance, complimentary bottled mineral water, Wi-Fi connectivity, and personalized airport meet-and-greet with name signboard.
• Accepted Currencies: Moroccan Dirham (MAD), Euros (EUR), and US Dollars (USD).
• Payment Methods: Secure online card payment via invoice link, corporate bank wire transfer (upon agreement), or cash payment directly to your chauffeur upon completion of the service.

04. Flight Tracking & Complimentary Waiting Times

We understand that international air travel may encounter delays. Our operations center continuously tracks all incoming flights in real time.

Extended Delays: If you experience unexpected delays at customs or baggage reclaim exceeding 60 minutes, please contact your chauffeur or dispatch via WhatsApp (+212 642 143 113). Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period is subject to prevailing private hourly chauffeur rates communicated upon dispatch or reservation confirmation.

05. Cancellation & Amendment Policy

We provide one of Morocco’s most flexible and traveler-friendly cancellation policies:

• Free Cancellation (100% Refund): Any reservation cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time is eligible for a full 100% refund with zero penalty fees.
• Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours): Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours prior are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations within less than 12 hours are billed at 100% of the journey fare.
• No-Show: If a passenger fails to appear without notifying dispatch within the complimentary waiting window, the reservation is classified as a No-Show and charged in full.
• Itinerary Amendments: Date or pickup time modifications requested at least 6 hours prior to service are accommodated free of charge, subject to vehicle availability.

07. Medina Riad Transfers & Porter Protocols

Many riads in Marrakech, Fez, and Essaouira are situated inside ancient pedestrian-only medinas inaccessible by vehicle. Your chauffeur will safely transport you to the closest authorized vehicle access gate (Bab) or drop-off square nearest to your riad. Our dispatch team coordinates with your riad management in advance for official luggage porters to greet you at the vehicle, and your chauffeur remains with you until you are safely received.

08. Passenger Safety, Conduct & Child Restraints

• Non-Smoking Fleet: All vehicles in our obsidian black fleet are strictly non-smoking, encompassing traditional cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes/vapes.
• Complimentary Child Seats: Certified European-standard infant capsules, toddler car seats, and booster cushions are provided free of charge upon advance request during booking.
• Seat Belt Mandatory: In compliance with Moroccan road traffic law, seat belts must be fastened by all passengers during transit.
• Passenger Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse carriage for any passenger displaying intoxication, abusive conduct toward the chauffeur, or endangering vehicle safety.

09. Insurance, Liability & Force Majeure

Morocco Luxury Taxi is an officially licensed and authorized passenger transport company under the Moroccan Ministry of Transport (Ministère du Transport et de la Logistique). All fleet vehicles carry comprehensive commercial passenger liability insurance covering all occupants.
