• Passenger Identification: Full name, title, contact telephone / WhatsApp number, and primary email address.
• Flight Details for Live Radar Monitoring: Incoming/outgoing airline, flight number, and scheduled arrival or departure times at Marrakech Menara (RAK), Casablanca Mohammed V (CMN), Rabat-Salé (RBA), Tangier Ibn Battouta (TNG), or private aviation terminals.
• Pickup & Destination Logistics: Hotel, palace, or private riad address, meeting point preference, and special luggage requirements.

B. Payment & Billing Data

Payments made online or via credit card terminals are processed exclusively through certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Morocco Luxury Taxi does not store complete credit card numbers or sensitive CVV security codes on its servers.

C. VIP & Diplomatic Transport Specifications

For corporate delegations, high-profile travelers, and diplomatic guests, we record route preferences, convoy coordination details, child seat age requirements, and onboard amenity preferences.

03. Legal Basis & Purpose of Processing

• Execution of Contract: To confirm reservations, dispatch chauffeurs, facilitate terminal meet-and-greet services, and coordinate riad porter logistics.
• Real-Time Flight Tracking: Flight data is monitored solely to adjust chauffeur arrival times for early or delayed flights, ensuring your guaranteed 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
• Safety & Legal Obligation: Compliance with Moroccan Ministry of Transport regulations, passenger insurance mandates, and tax/accounting laws.
• Legitimate Interests: Improving customer experience, vehicle fleet dispatch efficiency, and fleet safety monitoring.

04. VIP Confidentiality & Chauffeur Non-Disclosure

Discretion is the cornerstone of Morocco Luxury Taxi. All chauffeurs, dispatch coordinators, and administrative personnel are bound by rigorous confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

• We never disclose passenger names, itineraries, accommodation details, or travel schedules to third parties, press, or commercial entities.
• Chauffeurs are strictly trained in executive etiquette and confidentiality protocol.
• In-vehicle conversations and passenger privacy are held in total confidence.

05. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data. Data is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis exclusively with:

• Assigned Chauffeur: Passenger name, flight number, and pickup location required to execute the journey.
• Medina Riad Porters & Concierges: Contact and arrival notifications solely when coordinated for medina luggage transfer assistance.

06. Data Retention & Security Architecture

All communication with our website and booking engines is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol.
